At Äylor Athleisure, we want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags must be attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Free Returns: We offer free returns for all eligible items.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at customersupport@aylorathleisure.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

A $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at customersupport@aylorathleisure.com.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customersupport@aylorathleisure.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
